Tasting Notes

We thought 2024 was a stand out vintage... the 2025 is certainly on par if not edging on being that little bit more gorgeous - the combination of a wonderful growing season, old vines and nurturing hands.

The nose is floral and savoury, fruity and earthy - all at the same time; and every time you take a sniff you get a new nuance, and new note; tobacco, cigar, cacao and musk - it is rich in aroma.

The palate is full and enveloping - if you can imagine a satin ribbon flowing around your palate.... then this is it... an incredible sensation.

Elegant touch of acidity giving length and poise - it's relaxed yet assertive... enjoy!

The tannins are incredibly fine and composed, the fruit carries both purity and succulence, and the oak sits quietly within the wine, supporting rather than ever dominating..
