The late harvest Gewürztraminer is a wine not made on impulse, but a series of small things brought together in a vintage of dreams. The last time we attempted a wine like this was way back in 2002 so as rare as we have ever created.

Gewürztraminer is the wine to end conversations with her moreish spice and fabulous flavour she is indulgent and curious without equal however when we advance to the edge of no return as with this wine the sweetness blows all beauty out of proportion as opulence and dreams become pallet dancers of excessive allure. An abstract of words maybe however on the first taste of this wine is simply sensual with 120 grams of residual sugar retained showing caramel rich intensity, powerful yet balanced and poised along with a mandarin tread of honey nectar and spice... an exotic gem!
