THE APARTMENT

The thought of waking up overlooking the vineyard is in most cases an incredibly romantic vision, the vines have this alluring pull of creating an environment of simplicity and relaxation. A view of sitting back watching the sun retire for the day with a glass in hand sipping whilst deep in conversation with the perfect companion, no distraction of normality just the essence of the moment. This is far from most in this hectic world, so we have created the space to achieve. 

The winery apartment is about extracting the true beauty of the vineyard nestled amongst the vines, an amazingly emotional place for us personally as the wines are created next door. You are in a private zone; however, this is a working vineyard and winery so the crew will be doing their bit to forge our wines although your privacy is paramount. You are invited to enjoy the environment and please come and talk with us if we are around, as our place is your home for the night. If we are tasting wines, you will be invited to join us (this occurs on a regular basis), however if you are wanting to hide, we will simply disappear. The ingredients for the perfect night away are included.

The Apartment Details

We are wine makers not hoteliers. We are simply offering a space with everything we love when away from home, a beautiful bed with luxurious linen and a funky little kitchen to create beautiful food, if not heading out, a great start to the day with ingredients supplied for a freshly cooked breakfast and of course, coffee. There is wine in the fridge, help yourself, along with a couple of beers if wine is not the preference, along with a cut of cheese and crostini to start the night.

There is a TV if a movie is on the cards. The shower and bath have plentiful room for two with the doors open to the view. Warm in the winter and breezy in the summer. Everything you touch in this apartment is of pedigree; from the Gabriel and Riedel glasses to the organic Real-World soaps and body wash, even the washing up liquid if you must is beautiful. The feeling is of slow living, a little retro, a little industrial, a lot luxurious and relaxing. 

A self-contained space for two (apologies, no children allowed). A reminder, this is us, this is not commercial, we hope you enjoy. Price per night is $400.
